These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please contact our Customer Service Team by e-mail, or call us on 0131 554 5555. Our offices are open 9am - 6pm, Monday – Friday (excluding UK holidays). All calls to Customer Services will be charged at the local rate (BT users only, other network charges may vary). Both inbound and outbound calls may be recorded for quality monitoring and training purposes.

Description & Prices

All images of our products are for illustration purposes only. Every effort is made to ensure all descriptions and pricing are accurate, however, should an error be identified prior to despatch you will be notified by email with the option to withdraw your order.

Prices for our products may change from time to time but changes will not affect any order which has been paid for at checkout.

Data Security

Your personal data is only used to process your order, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How to Order

Add products to your basket. Your shipping charges will also be displayed in your basket prior to completing checkout. Proceed to checkout. You may checkout as a Guest or Register on-site for a fast and easy check out on future orders. Enter your billing and shipping addresses, preferred shipping method and proceed with your payment. An order acknowledgement receipt will be emailed to you with your order reference number. For any queries on your order please contact sales on: +44 (0) 131 554 5555 quoting your order reference number and query.

We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you an email confirming that your products have been dispatched.

Payment

We accept online payment via credit card, debit card, and PayPal. Our web-transactions are securely hosted and verified by Sagepay, card details are checked by Sagepay during the authorization stage of the transaction. If your billing address is not correct then the transaction may be declined. Brand Agility Ltd reserves the right to only send deliveries to the registered payment card address, or decline a transaction for security reasons.

All credit cards are debited in UK GBP pounds sterling and payment will be taken in full at the time of ordering. While we strive to protect your security, Brand Agility Ltd cannot be held responsible for any person with access to a payment card not their own. If we suspect that a transaction is fraudulent, we reserve the right to decline the purchase for security reasons.

VAT

All prices include UK VAT at the prevailing rate at the time of shipping. Only EU businesses will be refunded VAT on production of a valid EU VAT reference number in the name of the purchasing business.

Overseas customers outside of the EU are not liable to pay VAT provided all goods are shipped to their overseas destination. Any goods purchased by an overseas customer but delivered to a UK address must pay UK VAT.

Delivery

Brand Agility Ltd use either Royal Mail or a courier delivery service for its UK and international parcels.

Our shipping costs are clearly shown in the shopping basket prior to checkout.

Orders placed before 1pm are usually delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays). Larger orders to businesses that require picking and packing may take an extra 24 hours.

We reserve the right to charge for any re-delivery or the return to Brand Agility of orders that have not been successfully delivered due to incorrect contact and address information being supplied by the customer or where the customer has failed to respond to a card being left by the courier in the event of the customer not being available to sign for the parcel.

We make every effort to ensure that goods are delivered on time, however, we cannot be held responsible for delays that are outwith our control. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Off-shore Islands and some parts of northern Scotland may take longer to arrive than mainland UK.

We deliver to a number of countries throughout the world. Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import taxes or duties, which the customer shall be liable for.

Returns

You may return goods purchased online within 14 days of receiving your original order. You will be offered an exchange if possible or a full refund of your purchase costs, provided that all goods returned are complete and in good condition with the original tags.

All requests for the return of goods must be made by telephone on Tel: 0131 554 5555 or by email to sales@adventureavenue.co.uk.

All goods must be returned in original packaging, at your cost (unless the goods are faulty) and must be received by Brand Agility Ltd within 14 days of purchase date. Please use a recorded post or courier service to return goods; we are not responsible for returned good until they are received by us.

Once the returned goods are received and inspected we will credit your original payment method with the full amount of your purchase. Please allow 5 working days for refunds to be processed. We will check all returned items to ensure that they are complete and have not been used prior to return and are in good, resellable condition.

If you received goods that have been damaged in transit, please report this to us by telephone or email within 1 working day of receipt so that we may lodge a claim with our couriers.

Business Returns

The above process applies to consumers and businesses alike; we reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee to business customers for cancelled orders.

Contract

All Contracts between Brand Agility Limited and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of Scotland and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
